I feel sick to my stomach. Paul Ryan, pro-life extremist, is now on the Republican ticket to become the next vice president of the United States if Mitt Romney is elected in November. This is a man who is so cruel and demented that he would criminalize abortion, even in the case of rape or incest. Furthermore, he believes that life begins at fertilization, which basically means that he would like to completely ban the morning after pill, IUDs, or any other time of birth control in this country.

I have a serious question: if the republicans are constantly pushing for small government, why do they also continuously try to expand the government’s oppression of our individual freedoms?
