Coconut Water Smoothie With Mango and Berries
Written by Nikki BurstPhoto by Nikki Burst
A wonderful way to begin a new year—or a new day—is with light, nourishing food. Smoothies are an easy choice whether you have one for breakfast or as a snack later in the day.

This smoothie is one of my absolute favorites. It's chock full of mango and dark berries for vitamin C and antioxidants. I throw in hemp seeds for protein, fiber, and Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Molasses deepens the flavor and offers a boost of iron. The vibe is bright and spicy and really gets the metabolic fires burning.
Happy New Year!
